Music
:))
This page is basically my personality, but in music form.
If there’s one thing that has ever made me feel understood, it’s music. the kind that hits a little too hard, stays a little too long, and somehow knows exactly what you’re going through before you even do.
So yeah… expect a lot of feelings here.
If there’s one thing that actually holds my entire life together, it’s music. This page is basically just one long love letter to it, because I am genuinely nothing without it.
Music is my escape. When everything feels too loud, too messy, or too much, it’s the one place I can go where things suddenly make sense again. It’s also the thing that makes me feel seen and heard in ways I can’t even properly explain. Like, how does a random song know exactly what I’m feeling better than I do? That’s kind of insane if you think about it.
It makes me feel less alone in my own emotions. The ones I can’t always put into words, the ones I don’t really know how to deal with, there’s always a lyric, a melody, or a voice that somehow understands. And suddenly it doesn’t feel so heavy anymore.
But it’s not just that. Music is also community. It’s connection. It’s people across the world feeling the same thing at the same time, crying over the same bridge, screaming the same chorus, or just quietly sitting in it together. It makes me feel at home in a way nothing else really does. Safe, understood, and part of something bigger than myself.
That’s why this page exists. It’s where I collect all of it: my favorite artists, the songs I can’t stop playing, the albums that have taken over my brain, and the random tracks that somehow ended up meaning everything to me. It’s messy, it’s constantly changing, and it’s very, very personal.
Because music isn’t just something I listen to. It’s how I survive things, how I feel things, how I remember things. It’s basically the background noise of my entire life. And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
My current favourite song is ‘My Mess’ by Myles Smith.
I’ve had it on repeat lately, so definitely give it a listen if you haven’t yet.
